**Processing Time:**
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, ensuring minimal delay.
**Domestic Shipping:**
- For orders within the United States, we provide standard shipping, which usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
**International Shipping:**
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but generally, international orders arrive within 7-14 business days.
**Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:**
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate the delivery date.
**Shipping Costs:**
- The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you make the final payment, currently we are offering flat rate shipping. For domestic $5.95 and International $6.95.
**Shipping Restrictions:**
- Please note that certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or shipping regulations. These restrictions will be communicated clearly on the product page.
**Address Accuracy:**
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct location.
**Order Changes and Cancellations:**

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed and shipped, changes may or may not be possible.
**Lost or Damaged Packages:**
- We do offer Route shipping insurance at checkout for a small fee. This is already prechecked for you and highly recommended at time of checkout. In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged or stolen during transit and a claim needs to be filled, please contact our Route partners at Route for Shoppers , at that point you can choose to chat to their support team or file a claim with them. We can also assist you with working with Route in filing a claim.
